Honoring Women in Hospitality: The Women in Hospitality Leadership Alliance

Today, we spotlight an organization committed to fostering inclusivity and equal representation in the hospitality sector. Founded in 2021, the Women in Hospitality Leadership Alliance is a coalition of 31 organizations dedicated to advancing women in hospitality. This partnership was established to drive impactful change by combining its members' varied expertise, resources, and perspectives. By working together, the group amplifies its collective influence to help women achieve leadership roles across all areas of the industry.

As Rachel Humphrey, the founder, explains, the power of collaboration enables progress on a broader and faster scale: “By collaborating through this network, we’re able to amplify all of these efforts.” Through shared initiatives like mentorship programs, networking opportunities, and strategic campaigns, the Alliance accelerates pathways for women’s leadership in hospitality.  By sharing their strategies and goals, members can support one another and contribute to a unified mission, expanding their outreach and influence in meaningful ways.
